Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
• Send outbound messages and conduct pre-screening calls to engage prospective recruits
• Maintain recruitment records and provide regular updates to the team

• No experience is required
• Expectation to send 20+ messages a day and hold 4-5 scheduled recruiting calls
• Proficient in using social media platforms for recruitment, including Facebook and LinkedIn
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize responsibilities
• Must represent the company positively and ensure a professional candidate experience
