Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee regional communication and manage new business implementations
- Measure and report on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while developing business plans
- Drive contract profitability through up-selling and cross-selling, and maintain relationships with key customer decision-makers
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience in travel management or related business travel account management
- Experience managing large market or regional clients
- Thorough knowledge of business travel account management and operations
- Adept with travel industry technology and processes
- Experience in managing cross-functional work teams
