Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee regional communication and manage new business implementations
  • Measure and report on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while developing business plans
  • Drive contract profitability through up-selling and cross-selling, and maintain relationships with key customer decision-makers
Required Qualifications
  • Prior experience in travel management or related business travel account management
  • Experience managing large market or regional clients
  • Thorough knowledge of business travel account management and operations
  • Adept with travel industry technology and processes
  • Experience in managing cross-functional work teams
