Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Service Manager for Northern Minnesota and Northern Wisconsin.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the healthcare Field Service business to meet customer service expectations and financial metrics
- Maximize customer loyalty and satisfaction while ensuring compliance with FDA Good Manufacturing Practices
- Hire, develop, train, and coach Customer Service Engineers to achieve business objectives
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- BS/BA in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 8+ years of successful experience in a directly related field
- Professional level knowledge of analytical databases and complex Excel workbooks
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record over the last three years
- Experience managing large, remote, employee-based territories is preferred
