Job Summary

A financial company is filling a position for a Remote Agile Delivery Lead.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Continuously seeking to identify bottlenecks in order to optimize the overall flow of work
• Working to understand squad blind spots and weaknesses, and develops plan(s) to address
• Leveraging tools such as Jira to develop and maintain relevant information radiators for tracking

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Experience in playing the Scrum Master role for 5+ years
• Has a deep understanding of the strengths of different Agile approaches
• Very diverse and profound set of communications skills
• Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, etc
• Knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach
