Job Summary
An IT management and consulting firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Appointment Scheduling Customer Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting Inbound/Outbound patient phone calls
- Processing scheduling requests in a timely fashion
- Tracking all booked and arrived appointments for patients generated through outreach efforts
Required Skills:
- Ability to successfully pass a Minimal Background Investigation
- High school diploma or GED and 35 WPM to qualify
- 1+ year of experience in a medical or health insurance environment. Includes claims processing, and more
- Knowledge of medical terminology per provider specialties, ICD/CPT codes and more
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite
- Metric focused & ability to consistently meet productivity standards
