Job Summary

A business automation technology company has an open position for a Remote Artificial Intelligence Training Operations Vice President.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Iterating on the design of our processes, applying to both external AI training processes
• Managing a team of hundreds of AI trainers and Operations managers indirectly and directly respectively
• Partnering with researchers and managers at our clients’ companies at both the strategic and tactical levels

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Have a vision for the AI space and AI training within it
• Worked in a company that is currently within the AI innovation boom
• Prior experience in client-facing roles in a consulting or strategic partnership capacity
• Similar work experience with tech firms such as OpenAI, Google, Amazon, and Anthropic
