Job Summary
A health information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Associate Operations Support Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Performing troubleshooting activities for low- to medium-complexity tickets
- Monitoring, scheduling, and troubleshooting batch interface related jobs issues
- Performing proactive status checks as part of normal surveillance activities, ensuring optimum performance
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 0 + years of relevant work experience
- Experience and knowledge of PagerDuty and incident management tools
- Understanding of software development life cycle, and Information Technology Infrastructure Library
- Understanding of SharePoint applications and Microsoft Teams
- Understanding of system support and maintenance processes
