Job Summary
A global banking company has a current position open for a Remote Banking Client Service Consultant.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Analyzing Client's pipeline and determine opportunities for improvement in relation to loan manufacturing quality
- Providing exceptional service to clients
- Assisting the Account Executive in capturing incremental volume from existing clients as well as prospecting for new clients
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years correspondent lending originations experience (specifically sales support and operations experience)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good record of proactively building relationships with internal partners and external clients
- Skilled with the following applications: Word, Excel, SalesForce, and PowerPoint
