Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Benefits Call Center Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a steady volume of incoming calls regarding employee benefits
  • Actively listen to customer inquiries and provide accurate information on healthcare and retirement benefits
  • Navigate multiple systems to assist customers effectively
Required Qualifications
  • Previous customer service and/or call center experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience working with healthcare and employer benefits is highly preferred
  • Ability to successfully complete a mandatory paid training program
  • Must be 18 years of age or older and pass a criminal background check and drug test
