Job Summary

A health services company is in need of a Remote Bilingual Spanish Patient Access Representative.

Must be able to:

• Obtain current patient information for established and new patients
• Identify payer source and verifies insurance eligibility
• Review scheduling system for needed updated demographics and consent forms

Skills and Requirements Include:

• High School Diploma / GED (or higher) or equivalent work experience
• Bilingual – English/Spanish
• 1+ years of customer services experience within a contact center or healthcare environment
• Proven understanding of Microsoft operating systems
