Job Summary
A media and technology services firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Business Process Outsourcing Team Lead.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide regular performance-related feedback
- Strategize and monitor daily activities of operations
- Train staff in areas of customer service and company policies
Qualifications for this position include:
- At least 2 years of BPO experience
- Excellent command of the English language
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to support a Work from Home setup
- Own PC/laptop
