Job Summary
A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Case Management Index Intake Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Scanning, uploading and indexing documents to the appropriate case files
- Collecting medical files and documents to be scanned, uploaded, and indexed
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail for the Case Management department
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Graduate or G.E.D. equivalent required
- Professional demeanor with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organization skills
- Basic clerical and administrative skills
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Ability to meet deadlines in a high pressure, time sensitive environment
