Job Summary
A cybersecurity firm is in need of a Remote Client Experience Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Prioritize support tickets and assign to the appropriate technical resource
- Update clients on support ticket status and set expectations appropriately
- Assist in the maintenance of the managed clients support portal
Required Skills:
- Minimum three years’ of relevant work experience
- Or a combination of education and experience
- Ability to operate in a very methodical manner with minimal supervision
