Job Summary

A cybersecurity firm is in need of a Remote Client Experience Coordinator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Prioritize support tickets and assign to the appropriate technical resource
  • Update clients on support ticket status and set expectations appropriately
  • Assist in the maintenance of the managed clients support portal

Required Skills:

  • Minimum three years’ of relevant work experience
  • Or a combination of education and experience
  • Ability to operate in a very methodical manner with minimal supervision
