Job Summary

A technology services provider is in need of a Remote Cloud Network Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing a trusted advisor relationship with our customers to align with business strategy goals
  • Driving and own conversations pertaining to our customers’ Cloud journey
  • Increasing subscription revenue retention, renewal rates, and reduce churn

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree or level of experience
  • 5-7 years’ experience in a customer facing role focused on providing exceptional service or success experience
  • Deep and effective understanding of all aspects of the customer lifecycle
  • Proven background in the ability to execute despite ambiguity and obstacles
  • Ability to work as part of a team of driven Customer Success professionals
  • Capable of video-conferencing and streaming media without disruption is a MUST HAVE
