Job Summary
A technology services provider is in need of a Remote Cloud Network Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing a trusted advisor relationship with our customers to align with business strategy goals
- Driving and own conversations pertaining to our customers’ Cloud journey
- Increasing subscription revenue retention, renewal rates, and reduce churn
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree or level of experience
- 5-7 years’ experience in a customer facing role focused on providing exceptional service or success experience
- Deep and effective understanding of all aspects of the customer lifecycle
- Proven background in the ability to execute despite ambiguity and obstacles
- Ability to work as part of a team of driven Customer Success professionals
- Capable of video-conferencing and streaming media without disruption is a MUST HAVE
