Job Summary

A provider of integrated technology, data and analytics is seeking a Remote Customer Experience Transformation Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading working sessions with cross-functional stakeholders and delivering session outcome readouts to stakeholders
  • Creating visual designs for customer journey maps, service design documents, and other tools
  • Tracking CX implementation efforts for online and offline priorities resulting from working sessions across journeys

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience
  • Requires 6+ years of related experience with 1 year of leadership responsibility
  • Prior experience in developing and implementing CX standards and customer journey maps
  • Financial services industry experience
