Job Summary
A provider of integrated technology, data and analytics is seeking a Remote Customer Experience Transformation Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading working sessions with cross-functional stakeholders and delivering session outcome readouts to stakeholders
- Creating visual designs for customer journey maps, service design documents, and other tools
- Tracking CX implementation efforts for online and offline priorities resulting from working sessions across journeys
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience
- Requires 6+ years of related experience with 1 year of leadership responsibility
- Prior experience in developing and implementing CX standards and customer journey maps
- Financial services industry experience
