Job Summary

A patient monitoring company is in need of a Remote Customer Service Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Process new client referrals and enter client information into company databases
  • Manage incoming phone calls by responding to request and assisting with inquiries
  • Answer routine inquiries, and refer calls not requiring dispatches to appropriate departments and agencie

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Required High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of related professional experience preferred
  • Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when needed
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and with teams
  • Proficient in managing multiple tasks as the same time
