Job Summary
A patient monitoring company is in need of a Remote Customer Service Representative.
Must be able to:
- Process new client referrals and enter client information into company databases
- Manage incoming phone calls by responding to request and assisting with inquiries
- Answer routine inquiries, and refer calls not requiring dispatches to appropriate departments and agencie
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Required High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of related professional experience preferred
- Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when needed
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and with teams
- Proficient in managing multiple tasks as the same time
