A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Customer Success Strategy and Operations Revenue Operations Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Being a trusted advisor and strategic thought partner to CS leadership tp create post sales strategy
  • Engaging a clear understanding of key value drivers to identify growth opportunities
  • Deploying a firm understanding of the customer journey across all channels, navigate global demands, and nuances

Qualifications Include:

  • Have industry experience in customer success, and understands finance
  • Possess a track record of effective people management and mentorship
  • Have a solid understanding of SaaS metrics with ability to explain the data insights to business partners
  • Strategy, operations, or consulting in the technology/SaaS industry is preferred
  • Able to prioritize to balance the need for analysis with the imperative to deliver results
