Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing a systematic approach to improve efficiency
- Serving as the Operations onboarding program point-person
- Building world-class training curriculum for the Operations team

- Knowledge and hands-on experience in complex security operations environments
- Demonstrate persuasive speaking skills and the ability to influence at all levels
- Able to perform in a Mac and Google Suite environment and use CRM software
- Familiarity with Security Analyst training platforms
