Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Program Manager who is passionate about helping others succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and delivery of sales enablement programs
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to design and measure learning programs
- Establish project plans and prioritize sales enablement content deployment
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, program management, or learning and development
- Experience in a Sales or Business Development role is preferred
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
- Knowledge of sales methodologies and the MEDDPICC Qualification Framework
- Experience with modern eLearning tools and sales enablement tools optimization
