Key Responsibilities
- Own development, iteration, and strategic adaptation of an L1 Enablement Program
- Partner with Geo VPs to implement localisations for success program delivery
- Scope, build, and deliver ad hoc L2 Enablement Projects on a rotational basis
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in revenue enablement and operations, ideally within a SaaS environment
- A proven track record in customer-facing roles within a SaaS organization
- Strong familiarity with modern AI tools and best practices for prompt engineering
- Experience leading cross-functional project teams and developing highly agile programs
- Hands-on experience procuring, implementing, and administering new sales technologies
