Job Summary
A travel company has a current position open for a Remote Data Analytics Human Resource Generalist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Work with HRBPs to identify problems or roadblocks, build solutions, and deliver results
- Build HR reports, presentations, and documentation for departments
- Analyze data and statistics for trends and patterns to identify HR needs
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, related field, or equivalent HR experience
- Experience and understanding of various HR Processes
- Ability to identify trends and measure results, using data, professional insight
- Open-minded, excitement to try new tactics, and perseverance to see projects to completion
