Job Summary
A physician-led healthcare staffing company is filling a position for a Remote E Learning Developer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Working with project team to design and develop XAPI and SCORM compliant e-learning
- Developing new continuing education courses and programs
- Integrating emerging instructional methods and technologies into e-learning
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the instructional technology, e-learning, blended learning solution in corporate environments
- Knowledge of and demonstrated use of adult learning theories
- Highly proficient with eLearning authoring and multimedia tools
- Proficient in visual and multimedia design principles
- Full knowledge of Instructional Design processes (i.e. ADDIE) and strategies for engaging learners
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience with emphasis in technology, instructional design, or multimedia design
