Remote E Learning Developer

Job Summary

A physician-led healthcare staffing company is filling a position for a Remote E Learning Developer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Working with project team to design and develop XAPI and SCORM compliant e-learning
• Developing new continuing education courses and programs
• Integrating emerging instructional methods and technologies into e-learning

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the instructional technology, e-learning, blended learning solution in corporate environments
• Knowledge of and demonstrated use of adult learning theories
• Highly proficient with eLearning authoring and multimedia tools
• Proficient in visual and multimedia design principles
• Full knowledge of Instructional Design processes (i.e. ADDIE) and strategies for engaging learners
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience with emphasis in technology, instructional design, or multimedia design
