Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Field Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage contracted field staff and oversee customer assignments to ensure timely task completion
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and monitor assignment progress to meet customer expectations
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement changes for enhanced efficiency and quality
Required Qualifications
- Must possess and maintain current knowledge of the insurance industry
- Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, carriers, and employees
- Willingness to maintain a travel schedule based on client and business needs
- Ability to work extended hours when necessary
- Bachelor's degree preferred
