Job Summary
A company is looking for a Field Enablement Manager, Strategic.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive enablement strategy for Strategic Sales teams in the West and Central regions
- Collaborate with sales leadership to create training that aligns with sales competencies and implement continuous learning programs
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of enablement initiatives and facilitate training sessions for the sales team
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, and sales within an enterprise environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in content management systems and design software
- Knowledge of sales processes and customer journey mapping
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
