Job Summary
A filtration and contamination control company is in need of a Remote Filtration Technology Customer Service Representative III.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Obtain credit and tax information from customer
- Project coordination of unit deliveries with distribution, contractors and other companies
- Take part in reviewing and authorizing return goods, invoice adjustments and warranty claims
Qualifications for this position include:
- 4+ years of professional customer service experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous Customer Service experience in Manufacturing, Distribution, or Construction environment
- Demonstrated experience as a proactive problem solver
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
