Job Summary

A filtration and contamination control company is in need of a Remote Filtration Technology Customer Service Representative III.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Obtain credit and tax information from customer
  • Project coordination of unit deliveries with distribution, contractors and other companies
  • Take part in reviewing and authorizing return goods, invoice adjustments and warranty claims

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 4+ years of professional customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous Customer Service experience in Manufacturing, Distribution, or Construction environment
  • Demonstrated experience as a proactive problem solver
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
