A healthcare technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Head of Engineering.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Running the team as a small, similar to a Series A or B startup in terms of velocity and size
• Partnering with product stakeholders, vendors and solution providers to move with high velocity
• Determining the skill sets needed on the team, developing and executing a hiring plan

Required Skills:

• 10 or more years of experience leading high performing teams
• Passionate about building a big business that transforms the healthcare industry
• Great communication, prioritization, and project management skills
• Thrive in a fast-paced autonomous environment
