Job Summary

A revenue cycle management company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Healthcare Call Center Patient Accounts Revenue Cycle Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Navigate client Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems
• Work with patients\Guarantors on securing payment to outstanding balances
• Identify problems on the account and escalate appropriately

Position Requirements Include:

• 1+ year of prior patient account, or other related experience
• Understanding of payor relationships, requirements, and compliant billing practices
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient computer skills with a demonstrated ability to navigate and comprehend computer software systems
• Accuracy with data entry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
