Job Summary
A healthcare and senior living company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Ensuring that appropriate and timely documentation of all updates
- Answering incoming phone calls, emails, and contacts as requests come in
- Providing eligibility status and benefit information for participants
Required Skills:
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in a call center environment where a service/support role was primarily performed
- High School Diploma or Equivalency required
- Excellent organizational and communication experience
