Job Summary

A healthcare and senior living company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Ensuring that appropriate and timely documentation of all updates
  • Answering incoming phone calls, emails, and contacts as requests come in
  • Providing eligibility status and benefit information for participants

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in a call center environment where a service/support role was primarily performed
  • High School Diploma or Equivalency required
  • Excellent organizational and communication experience
