Job Summary
A multifaceted group of companies that specialize in worldwide corporate employee relocations is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Human Resource Information System Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Streamlining Workday configurations to support business processes
- Supporting Workday release implementations, identifying enhancement opportunities associated with new release features/functionality
- Staying engaged in Workday Community to understand current trends and upcoming feature updates
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, IT, or related field; or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of Workday HRIS Administrator experience
- Knowledge of core HR business processes as well as strong systems analytics and support background
- Ability to effectively communicate issues and solutions
- Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast paced, performance driven environment
- Advanced knowledge of reporting tools and Workday Reporting
