Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst (Part-Time).

Key Responsibilities
  • Administers and analyzes compensation plans, including base pay, incentives, and equity plans
  • Performs market research and assists in setting pay structures and job evaluations
  • Creates reporting to identify trends and forecasts compensation costs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources, Business, Economics, or a related field
  • Two years of analytic or Human Resource experience preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access
  • Experience with HR information systems; Workday experience preferred
