Remote Ignite Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A fitness company is seeking a Remote Ignite Implementation Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Managing multiple projects simultaneously from kick-off through project completion
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Facilitating UAT with end users including coordination and user acceptance sign off

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Bachelors Degree (preferred)
• 2-4 years of experience in a client facing role
• 1-3 years of project management experience, preferably at a software company
• Can track milestones, manage task/project dependencies, manage and monitor task progress
• Can report weekly to management by performing ongoing review of project scope
• Can schedule post migration touchpoints with clients to initiate surveys and document feedback
