Remote Implementation Associate

Job Summary

A software development company is seeking a Remote Implementation Associate.

Must be able to:

• Guide the Clinical Operations team and customers through the software implementation lifecycle
• Provide oversight and coordination of the agile process for study configuration
• Provide oversight of the use of JIRA during system builds and launches

Skills and Requirements Include:

• Minimum of one year of experience working in clinical research
• Multitasks proficiently across projects
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal, leadership, and analytical skills
• Knowledgeable of the fundamental principles of regulatory-compliant software validation
• Familiar with how software products are built and some experience interacting with technical teams
• Comprehends the importance of adaptability and eagerness to learn and adapt to technology changes over time
