Job Summary
A software development company is seeking a Remote Implementation Associate.
Must be able to:
- Guide the Clinical Operations team and customers through the software implementation lifecycle
- Provide oversight and coordination of the agile process for study configuration
- Provide oversight of the use of JIRA during system builds and launches
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum of one year of experience working in clinical research
- Multitasks proficiently across projects
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal, leadership, and analytical skills
- Knowledgeable of the fundamental principles of regulatory-compliant software validation
- Familiar with how software products are built and some experience interacting with technical teams
- Comprehends the importance of adaptability and eagerness to learn and adapt to technology changes over time
