Remote Inbound Calls Associate Client Service Manager
Job Summary
A benefits company is seeking a Remote Inbound Calls Associate Client Service Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Proactively following up on outstanding issues with internal functional areas as well as with external clients
- Handling straightforward problems/issues and refers more complex issues to senior staff
- Educating clients on plan provisions and functionality of plan sponsor and participant websites and EIVR
Required Skills:
- High School Diploma
- 0 - 1 year experience in financial services industry
- Knowledge of ERISA, DOL and applicable IRS regulations related to retirement plans
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively
