Job Summary

A benefits company is seeking a Remote Inbound Calls Associate Client Service Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Proactively following up on outstanding issues with internal functional areas as well as with external clients
  • Handling straightforward problems/issues and refers more complex issues to senior staff
  • Educating clients on plan provisions and functionality of plan sponsor and participant websites and EIVR

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma
  • 0 - 1 year experience in financial services industry
  • Knowledge of ERISA, DOL and applicable IRS regulations related to retirement plans
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively
