Job Summary

An online insurance comparison marketplace provider is in need of a Remote Insurance Operations Lifecycle Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Building segments and sophisticated automations
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to optimize our automation efforts
  • Leading and managing our agency team that helps support our HTML template builds and operations

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of email best practices
  • At least 5 years of experience in email marketing, CRM or lifecycle marketing for enterprise organizations
  • Experience with SMS, direct mail, and other lifecycle channels
  • Familiarity with email HTML and CSS
  • Familiarity with SQL and reverse ETL technology such as Hightouch, Census, Rudderstack
  • Familiarity with personalization through handlebar or liquid logic, email templating, and dynamic content insertion
