Remote Insurance Operations Lifecycle Manager
Job Summary
An online insurance comparison marketplace provider is in need of a Remote Insurance Operations Lifecycle Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Building segments and sophisticated automations
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to optimize our automation efforts
- Leading and managing our agency team that helps support our HTML template builds and operations
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of email best practices
- At least 5 years of experience in email marketing, CRM or lifecycle marketing for enterprise organizations
- Experience with SMS, direct mail, and other lifecycle channels
- Familiarity with email HTML and CSS
- Familiarity with SQL and reverse ETL technology such as Hightouch, Census, Rudderstack
- Familiarity with personalization through handlebar or liquid logic, email templating, and dynamic content insertion
