A software company is seeking a Remote Insurance Risk Management Software Sales Strategy and Operations Senior Business Partner.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Continuously improve pipeline management process to enhance seller production analysis and forecasting
• Proactively generate critical business insights from rigorous data analysis and market research
• Design our Sales strategy to support decision making

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 7+ years of pervious sales operations experience
• This role requires experience having worked directly with senior executives on a regular basis
• Proven experience using data and metrics to design and implement strategic plans and drive results in a high growth environment
• Track record of being able to effectively facilitate meetings and quickly establish trust and credibility
