Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Insurance Verification Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and make calls to verify patient insurance coverage and document interactions
  • Review claims and maintain patient accounts with current information
  • Communicate insurance disputes and resolve consumer inquiries effectively
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a healthcare revenue cycle environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of healthcare insurance, including managed care and reimbursement methodologies
  • Familiarity with insurance coding requirements and medical terminology
  • Ability to work from home with a suitable workspace and high-speed internet
