A research organization is in need of a Remote IT Business Operations and Service Control Analyst Lead.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Publishing and discussing the priority of IM projects
- Reviewing, analyzing, and gaining approval of the stack ranked priority list with the IM leadership team
- Mentoring junior team members
