Job Summary
A comprehensive technology platform is in need of a Remote IT Helpdesk Manager.
Must be able to:
- Optimize the IT helpdesk to provide an optimal employee technology experience
- Resolve tickets side by side with team members, lead by example
- Mentor and teach the team best practices and implement lightweight processes
Position Requirements Include:
- Hands on experience resolving all types of IT helpdesk tickets
- Experience with core systems such as Okta, Jira, Zoom, Slack, Jamf
- 5+ years in a lead or manager experience in IT Helpdesk
- Experience with basic administration of cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Deep experience with broad range of HW and operating systems
- Experience building onboarding and offboarding experiences in partnership with People Operations
