Job Summary

A comprehensive technology platform is in need of a Remote IT Helpdesk Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Optimize the IT helpdesk to provide an optimal employee technology experience
  • Resolve tickets side by side with team members, lead by example
  • Mentor and teach the team best practices and implement lightweight processes

Position Requirements Include:

  • Hands on experience resolving all types of IT helpdesk tickets
  • Experience with core systems such as Okta, Jira, Zoom, Slack, Jamf
  • 5+ years in a lead or manager experience in IT Helpdesk
  • Experience with basic administration of cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Deep experience with broad range of HW and operating systems
  • Experience building onboarding and offboarding experiences in partnership with People Operations
