Job Summary
A computer software company is filling a position for a Remote IT Helpdesk Support Agent.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Installing software applications, updates, patches
- Providing top tier end-user support for all hardware and software issues
- Monitoring status of open tickets and work with other support groups to resolve issues
Qualifications for this position include:
- Understanding of authentication and basic security best practises
- Obtained a bachelor's degree
- Experience in supporting and troubleshooting PC & Mac hardware and software
- Knowledgeable of network technologies and troubleshooting techniques
- Must be able to work independently in a fast paced environment with minimal instruction or supervision
- Analytical thinker, as this position will involve problem solving and process development
