Job Summary

A computer software company is filling a position for a Remote IT Helpdesk Support Agent.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Installing software applications, updates, patches
  • Providing top tier end-user support for all hardware and software issues
  • Monitoring status of open tickets and work with other support groups to resolve issues

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Understanding of authentication and basic security best practises
  • Obtained a bachelor's degree
  • Experience in supporting and troubleshooting PC & Mac hardware and software
  • Knowledgeable of network technologies and troubleshooting techniques
  • Must be able to work independently in a fast paced environment with minimal instruction or supervision
  • Analytical thinker, as this position will involve problem solving and process development
