Job Summary

A company is looking for a Part Time Tier 1 Support Agent (Remote- US Based).

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
  • Classify inquiries based on severity and priority and escalate issues as needed
  • Provide timely updates to customers and assist with backup coverage for Tier 2 support
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer support or helpdesk role
  • Ability to work independently and in small teams
  • Self-motivated to gain proficiency with new technologies
  • Experience troubleshooting software issues in a SaaS environment preferred
