Job Summary

A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote IT Operations Senior Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Analyze, design, plan, implement, operate, and maintain IT operations
• Plan, coordinate, and direct daily operational activities and provide direction and solutions
• Provide the strategy, leadership, and day-to-day management of the key customer facing teams

Qualifications for this position include:

• Degree or an equivalent level of practical experience
• 10 years in working experience in a senior IT position within a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment
• Demonstrate successful experience leading an IT operations team
• Demonstrate experience with a wide variety of IT infrastructure and applications
• Exceptional communication skills both in written and verbal form
• Enthusiastic problem solver, have advanced critical and strategic thinking skills, have strong attention to detail
