Remote IT Proposal Manager

Job Summary

A provider of IT solutions is seeking a Remote IT Proposal Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Project Managing end to end RFx response lifecycle so that the deliverables are high quality and on time
• Guiding virtual and global cross functional teams through the proposal process
• Coordinating inputs from a variety of stakeholders

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• At least 10 years of experience in leading infrastructure services RFx responses for large global technology systems integrators
• Ability to think & work at both strategic and tactical levels
• Self-motivated, proactive, dependable, trustworthy, and well organized with the ability to multi-task under tight deadlines
• Ability to work and lead in a team environment
• Eye for detail in ensuring that the response submitted addresses all stated and implied expectations of the client
• Very proficient in MS tools – Excel, PowerPoint, Word
