Job Summary
A technology company has an open position for a Remote IT Technical Support Representative.
Must be able to:
- Create documentation and self-service tips for troubleshooting
- Perform basic remote troubleshooting of Computer, Connectivity & 3rd party applications
- Log in all support tickets and provide timely resolution based on agreed SLA's
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Competency in Microsoft Office & Operating Systems
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, OS & network troubleshooting
- Data Export, manipulation and cleanup using Excel/ csv tools
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Ability to communicate clearly, both written and orally in english
- Strong organization skills
