Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Become a technical product knowledge expert on the SafeBase platform and assist customers with product-related inquiries
- Serve as the first line of defense for customer issues, improving AI chat responses and escalating complex issues as needed
- Assist customers in deploying SafeBase into their organizations by troubleshooting platform and integration issues
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
- Basic knowledge of cloud computing and cybersecurity
- Experience in the security or GRC industry, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Familiarity with support ticketing systems and automated support workflows
- Understanding of compliance and automation technology principles
