Remote Learning Design and Operation Director

Job Summary

A software development company is seeking a Remote Learning Design and Operation Director.

Must be able to:

• Ensure utilization of DEIB better practices and bias mitigation in all processes
• Oversee the development of instructional materials
• Develop KPIs and appropriate suite of tools to deliver and manage content

Position Requirements Include:

• Master’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 7-10+ years combined HR experience in Corporate Learning/Instructional Design
• Ability to design, build and steward a comprehensive vision and strategy
• Deep understanding and content knowledge in adult learning best practice
• Exceptional facilitation and communication skills at all leadership levels
• Ability to build trusted partnerships across all levels
