Job Summary
A software development company is seeking a Remote Learning Design and Operation Director.
Must be able to:
- Ensure utilization of DEIB better practices and bias mitigation in all processes
- Oversee the development of instructional materials
- Develop KPIs and appropriate suite of tools to deliver and manage content
Position Requirements Include:
- Master’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 7-10+ years combined HR experience in Corporate Learning/Instructional Design
- Ability to design, build and steward a comprehensive vision and strategy
- Deep understanding and content knowledge in adult learning best practice
- Exceptional facilitation and communication skills at all leadership levels
- Ability to build trusted partnerships across all levels
