Job Summary
A privately-held, global, corporate travel management company has an open position for a Remote Long Term Forecast Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and cost benefit analyses
- Provide requirements, definitions, calculations, and design recommendation
- Provide input for budget planning to project costs
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Prior experience in forecasting and trend analysis for multichannel environments and Workforce Management
- Demonstrate competency in Workforce Management, ACD, and other Contact Center Technologies
- Advanced competency in MS Excel and Access
- Excellent planning, organization, and project management skills
- Advanced knowledge of Contact Center Methodologies
