Job Summary

A privately-held, global, corporate travel management company has an open position for a Remote Long Term Forecast Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Prepare proposals, presentations, and cost benefit analyses
• Provide requirements, definitions, calculations, and design recommendation
• Provide input for budget planning to project costs

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Prior experience in forecasting and trend analysis for multichannel environments and Workforce Management
• Demonstrate competency in Workforce Management, ACD, and other Contact Center Technologies
• Advanced competency in MS Excel and Access
• Excellent planning, organization, and project management skills
• Advanced knowledge of Contact Center Methodologies
