Job Summary

A community for U.S. business leaders is seeking a Remote Marketing Sales Operations and Client Success Coordinator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Serving as the main point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by understanding their business goals and identifying opportunities for growth
• Developing sales proposals with alignment to clients’ needs and understanding of appropriate and available inventory

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in media, advertising, or digital marketing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
