Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Success Operations Lead who will oversee and manage internal department functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supports the Client Success team by ensuring process and knowledge management best practices are implemented and improved
  • Develops relationships with key functional areas and leads cross-team initiatives to completion
  • Manages core Client Success functions including client report delivery, inquiry management, and SOP oversight
Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in client success, sales operations, account management, or project management
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Must be proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Positive reputation and credibility among peers in building and maintaining relationships
  • Experience with health plan client operations is preferable
