- Managing engineering managers and engineers to create highly effective teams in a high growth environment
- Working across front-end and backend technology to evolve our system to meet new customer needs
- Hiring and coaching the team teams to improve our ability to consistently and reliably deliver
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ years experience managing managers
- 10+ years experience managing engineers and projects
- Experience managing teams of 20+ engineers
- Comfort driving accountability while being encouraging, supportive, and building a healthy culture
