An information technology company has a current position open for a Remote Non Profit SaaS Client Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Develop strong client relationships to increase retention, revenue growth, and renewals
- Ensure clients efficiently move through their onboarding, pushing their pace, and tracking early health indicators
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years within customer success and support for a software company, or in a broader technology environment
- Strong client-facing skills
